Yes. Toscano Builder is a fully-licensed and insured business. I have liability insurance up to $2 million through WSIB. I also have all required safety training including working at heights, CPR, and WHMIS.

Pricing is based on time and materials – a flat hourly rate for labour, plus the cost of materials. I never mark up the price of materials so you know you are getting a fair price. All materials will be purchased by me, unless otherwise agreed upon. Every project is very different, so please get in touch and I can give you a more accurate estimate.
